First of all, sorry that I have not been keeping this blog updated. I really did attempt to update it a few times during all those snow days but then got sidetracked...I will blame that on a certain 4 year old.
So, we will start with the birthday. We can't believe that little girl we held for the first time back in October 2010 is turning 4 years old. It seems like just yesterday that she took her first steps and now she is running to every place and occasionally falling. This year for her birthday she wanted a castle for her birthday cake. So I had this great idea, but at 11:30 p.m. the night before the party when the cakes were splitting in half, I almost made a trip to the store!!! But after a few more hours, lots of frosting and I mean lots of frosting, and all the candy, my little girl thought it was perfect! In the end, she was the only one that I needed to make happy and I succeeded.

The actual day of the party.....
Hannah was very excited that all her family and friends could make it, because unfortunately on the day of the party the first big snow of the winter had to hit that morning. She got quite spoiled and enjoyed every single present she received!

| From Mama and Baba....a big girl bike! Her response.... a long pause of silence...then, "I like it!" We were a little nervous when we didn't get an immediate response, but she really did like it...but fast forward to the present in April and now she is a little hesitant to ride it because she has fallen a few times. |
